Refund policy

For this repayment we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period of time.

PayPal refunds can take 1 business day and 4-7 business days for credit/debit card payments.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
